As we noted earlier today, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley will not be appearing at Raw 25 in New York City on Monday night as he has a previous family commitment.
According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, another Hall of Famer who will not be appearing at Raw 25 is Bret Hart.
The Observer notes Hart has a meeting with a hand surgeon in Calgary on Monday, and since the surgeon is flying in from Paris to meet Hart, he cannot postpone the appointment. A WWE rep contacted Bret to schedule his appearance on the show, but he was unable to accept the invitation, and reportedly sent a text message directly to Vince McMahon to let him know the situation.
