WWE RAW General Manager Kurt Angle officially announced that the Intercontinental Championship will be on the line at WrestleMania 34 in a triple threat match, as The Miz will defend his gold against both Seth Rollins and Finn Balor.
Miz hosted the third annual “Mizzie Awards” on RAW this week, but the awards ceremony was crushed by Rollins and Balor leading to a 3-on-2 handicap match between pitting them against the entire Miztourage. The “Kingslayer” was able to sneak out the victory, actually pinning the Intercontinental Champion in the process, but there was definitely trouble brewing between him and the Balor Club leader before all was said and done.
It’s worth noting that multiple reports have indicated that WWE still plans to add both Elias and Braun Strowman to the match at WrestleMania, but they are currently keeping Strowman in something of a holding pattern in the unlikely case they need him to replace Roman Reigns in the main event against Brock Lesnar.
