Power-Struggle Leads To Top WWE Studios Executive Leaving The Company

It looks like there is a shift in the top-tier of the WWE Studios organization.

Deadline is reporting that Michael Luisi is no longer the head of WWE Studios, which is the promotion’s movie-making division.

According to the report, Luisi had a power-struggle with WWE Co-President Michelle Wilson that ultimately led to his departure from the company.

Luisi had held the position in the company for eight years.

It’s worth noting that Luisi sold 12,461 shares of WWE stock earlier this week. He did, however, maintain 69,046 shares even after the sale.

WWE has yet to officially announce Michael Luisi’s departure from their WWE Studios division.
