Max The Impaler is the latest addition to the field for ROH’s Women’s World Championship tournament.

It was announced on this week’s ROH Women’s Division Wednesday episode that Max The Impaler will be taking part in this summer’s Women’s title tournament. Max was given a spot in the tournament following her win against Allie Recks on Women’s Division Wednesday.

Recks first lost a match against Angelina Love on this week’s Women’s Division Wednesday. There was then an angle where Recks asked Love for another match. Recks said she grew up watching Love wrestle and dominating women’s divisions. Recks asked Love for another match and Love accepted — but Love then revealed that the match would be against Max The Impaler.

Max The Impaler is being managed by Amy Rose in ROH. The alliance between Max and Rose was revealed when Max attacked Miranda Alize, Sumie Sakai, Trish Adora, Mazzerati, and ROH’s timekeeper on Women’s Division Wednesday earlier this month.

Max The Impaler has wrestled on ROH Women’s Division Wednesday three times. They’ve defeated Hyan and Recks in singles matches. On the Women’s Division Wednesday premiere episode this April, Max made their ROH debut and teamed with Rok-C as they went to a 15-minute time limit draw against Hyan & Laynie Luck.

The ROH Women’s World Championship is a new title that’s replacing the former Women of Honor World Championship. Here’s the updated list of entrants for the title tournament:

Angelina Love
Miranda Alize
Trish Adora
Allysin Kay
Mazzerati

Love will be getting a first-round bye in the tournament.
