– Wednesday headline acts for the Wizard World Ohio Comic Con in September were announced, including Stan Lee, William Shatner, “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star Eliza Dushku and WWE champion C.M. Punk. Punk will appear on Saturday, September 29. The event is Sept. 28-30 at the Greater Coumbus Convention Center. Punk mentioned on Twitter that he has “something special” planned for the appearance.
– WWE’s The Miz will return to the celebrity SiriusXM Celebrity Fantasy Football League. Miz, the defending league champion, is advertised for a kick-off event at Times Square in NYC on Thursday, July 19. Other stars announced for the event at the Hard Rock Cafe include NFL RB Maurice Jones-Drew, guitarist Zakk Wylde, actor George Wendt, former NFL QB Rich Gannon, Steve Phillips and comedians Artie Lange and Nick DiPaolo.
