Meanwhile, reigning league champions Dundalk will play at home against First Division leaders Waterford.
Elsewhere, another First Division side, Longford Town, travel to Tallaght to take on Shamrock Rovers.
And finally, Sligo Rovers will come up against Galway United at the Showgrounds.
