Recently, the aero-engine inter-shaft bearing tester manufactured by the test technology department of ZYS‘s special bearing business department was officially put into use. According to customer feedback, the test task of a certain type of inter-shaft bearing is being carried out, and the equipment runs stably during the test.
As the intermediate fulcrum bearing of the main shaft of aero-engine, the inter-shaft bearing has high rotational speed, large load, complex lubrication structure, high measurement and control requirements, and difficult test verification. After undertaking the task of developing the tester, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the test technology department dispatched party members and technical backbones to form a project team, formulate reasonable and feasible technical solutions, and overcome the technical difficulties of the project one by one. requirements, and successfully passed the user acceptance.
The tester adopts a high-power dual-shaft structure, with more than 100 test control points, complex control logic, and high software safety redundancy. Its successful development and normal operation provide an important support and verification platform for the development, localization and application of my country’s aviation engine intermediate bearings, and help solve the “stuck neck” problem of the core components of my country’s fifth-generation aviation engines.
