According to our colleagues at Foot Mercato, Marseille are positioning themselves to make a loan with option to buy offer for Chelsea defender Papy Djilobodji next month.
L’Équipe 21 last week confirmed that OM were interested in the player, and while the former Nantes defender’s agent denies any awareness of possible Marseille interest, it is clear that after Djilobodji’s shocking lack of playing time with the Premier League strugglers Chelsea, the Cameroonian would be well-advised to move on next month.
