Sky Sports report this evening that Ligue 1 side Marseille have offered Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman to a trio of Premier League clubs on loan for the 2019/20 campaign.

Marseille made the foolish mistake of signing the player for £23m last summer from AS Roma at the request of now departing manager Rudi Garcia and they must cut operating costs during the summer window, with possible Financial Fair Play repercussions breathing down their neck.
The outlet claims that the three English clubs in question are Everton, West Ham United and Manchester United. It is not yet clear whether any of the trio have an interest in the 29-year-old.
