NXT UK Superstar Toni Storm was the victim of a recent privacy attack, as photos and a video of the 23-year-old superstar were leaked online, forcing her to completely shut down her social media accounts.
But the pro wrestling world has responded online. Talents in and out of WWE, as well as a legion of fans, have taken to Twitter to voice their support of Storm using the hashtag #WeSupportToni, which trended worldwide Wednesday night and offered fans from all around the world the opportunity to show their love for the star.
This is not the first time a WWE Superstar has faced this sort of controversy of course. Former SmackDown General Manager Paige was the victim of an attack on her privacy as well and the same is true of Charlotte Flair.
WWE has not commented on the Storm situation. Toni has indeed disappeared from social media and it’s unknown if or when she will decide to return.
