Cesaro (with Paul Heyman) vs. Kofi Kingston
When we return from commercial, Paul Heyman and Cesaro are shown in the ring after highlights of Cesaro freaking out on Kofi Kingston last week are shown. Heyman starts off with his typical stuff, bragging about Brock Lesnar breaking Undertaker’s streak. As he goes to talk about Cesaro and build him up, Cesaro tells Paul that they can’t speak to them in English.
Cesaro goes on to talk about some inter-rivalry between Canadian and French Canadian states? Something, who knows. He said one line in a different language that the crowd semi-reacted to.
Anyways, Kofi Kingston’s music hits and out he comes as the announcers put over some more the fact that he beat Cesaro last week during a commercial break on RAW. Cesaro immediately takes the early lead in this match.
Kofi, who has somewhat new-style tights on, gets manhandled by Cesaro with ease just as he was starting to get in a little bit of offense. Out of the complete blue, Kingston scores a pin on Cesaro. Two weeks in a row.
Winner: Kofi Kingston
After The Match: Cesaro Attacks, Big E. Saves
After the match, Cesaro, shocked that he lost again, begins to demolish Kingston once more. He is ultimately cut off by Big E., who runs in to make the save for Kingston and sends Cesaro and Heyman back-peddaling up the ramp.
Backstage: John Cena & Seth Rollins Exchange Words
Backstage, we see John Cena. Seth Rollins walks in. Rollins tells him to calm down. He knows they’re in a match tonight, but they can still talk like civilized people. Rollins threatens Cena about the possibility of cashing in his contract tonight. And if he doesn’t, Cena’s day is still coming. Cena tells Rollins he’s full of crap. We head to commercial.
El Torito vs. Bo Dallas
When we return from commercial, El Torito is in the ring. Out next is Bo Dallas. Dallas cuts one of his inspirational promos before the match, talking about how he’s willing to take on all-comers.
The bell rings and it looks like we’ve got Bo Dallas vs. El Torito in one-on-one action. Dallas basically squashes El Torito for two minutes and then pins him. After the match, he does his usual victory lap. We head to another commercial break.
Winner: Bo Dallas
John Cena vs. Seth Rollins
When we return from commercial, after a preview of episode one of the new WWE Network documentary series “The Monday Night War,” which debuts tonight after RAW, John Cena’s music hits.
The WWE World Heavyweight Champion makes his way to the ring. Out next is his opponent for tonight’s RAW main event, Seth Rollins. The bell rings and here we go with tonight’s headline attraction in the ring.
Rollins eats a few shots from Cena early on, who can be heard off-mic telling Rollins “this is the big time.” It isn’t long, however, before Rollins is in firm control of the offense in the match. We head to commercial as Michael Cole questions whether or not tonight is the night Rollins cashes in his briefcase.
When we return from commercial, Rollins is in firm control of Cena. Seconds later, Cena starts making his comeback. The crowd boo’s like crazy. As it turns out, Kane’s pyro explodes and it looks like we’re getting a non-finish.
Kane hits the ring, but before he does, Orton appears out of nowhere and attacks Cena from behind. He and Kane beat down Cena as Rollins teases cashing in his briefcase. Before he can, however, out comes Dean Ambrose to attack him. All hell breaks loose. The show ends with Reigns and Cena raising each other’s hands.
