– Wiz Khalifa alluded to the fact that he was high during his performance at Monday’s RAW in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The rapper tweeted the following after the show, which references a joke, oddly enough said by Jon Stewart, last week’s RAW host, in the movie “Half Baked.”
