According to reports, many of the talents that are part of the current RAW brand roster were impressed with Chris Jericho, viewing him essentially as a “bad ass” for standing up to Brock Lesnar backstage at the SummerSlam pay-per-view this past Sunday night.
The reason Jericho was worked up turned out to be a misunderstanding, as he believed Lesnar legitimately lost his cool and hurt Randy Orton in their match, not knowing that WWE had planned the spot ahead of time and that “The Viper” was cool with everything.
Regardless, there was said to be no heat on him for the way he handled the situation, which as we reported on Monday evening, got physical and out of control to the point that Vince McMahon and Triple H actually got involved to help break things up.
