— With 30 women announced as being in the Royal Rumble and only 20 active females on the WWE roster, many wrestlers from the past and/or in developmental will need to be called to take part in the match later this month.
— The 20 women includes both current Raw and Smackdown women champions – Charlotte and Alexa Bliss – who are not going to be in the match so that would leave almost half the competitors not on Raw or Smackdown.
— The fact that the entire women’s roster will be participating in the Royal Rumble match also means that neither Charlotte or Alexa Bliss will be wrestling on the show since the company has already done a champion vs. champion match at Survivor Series.
