More on GFW OTT Network, Rollins on Scrapped Feud, Nikki on DWTS

Global Force Wrestling announced on yesterday’s Impact show that they are going to be launching an over-the-top streaming service of their own. Josh Matthews and Jeremy Borash revealed that the service is called the Global Wrestling Network, and it will be available later this month. PWInsider has now claimed that the service will be offering past and current episodes of Impact for free as back catalog offerings. It is still unclear what else the service will be featuring or what it will cost when it is ready to launch. Fans have complained that the company charged too much for pay-per-views compared to what the WWE Network offers, but it is unclear if live streaming will be part of the service as well. This could very well be GFW’s way of competing with the WWE Network.
Nikki Bella has been off of television over the past couple of months. While see is still featured on reality shows such as Total Divas and Total Bellas, she has not competed in a match ever since her Wrestlemania 33 mixed tag team match with John Cena against The Miz & Maryse. While it is unknown when Nikki will return to the ring, one of the reasons why she is currently absent is because she is rumored to be taking part in an upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars. PWInsider reported that Bella began rehearsing for the show this week. She still has not been officially confirmed for the show as of yet though.
Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose finally put aside their differences recently, and began teaming up just like they did in their former ‘Shield’ days. The duo won the Raw Tag Team Championships from Sheamus & Cesaro at SummerSlam. Seth Rollins appeared on the Sam Roberts Podcast recently and revealed some interesting details on a planned feud that he had before he was paired up with Ambrose instead. Rollins revealed that, after their match at Great Balls of Fire, the original plan was for him to continue his feud with Bray Wyatt for several more pay-per-views. He later said that WWE made the right choice to change plans, and he loves his storyline with Ambrose so much that he does not mind being taken out of the Universal Championship picture.
