In a follow-up report to Charlotte Flair needing surgery to repair a ruptured breast implant, the issue actually happened prior to WrestleMania 34 but she didn’t want to undergo surgery and miss her Championship Match against Asuka. The company then wanted her to work the match against Carmella on the recent Backlash PPV and she herself wanted to work the European tour because of its lucrative payout.
She does want to get it taken care of so she doesn’t miss any PPVs (especially Summerslam and likely even Money in the Bank), where Charlotte has already been announced as one of the competitors.
As for her new issue of needing dental surgery after losing some teeth in a match against Carmella, Charlotte has flown back to North America and will miss Smackdown next week as well as the upcoming European tour. However, it appears that she was never really scheduled for SmackDown in the first place as she is supposed to be attending The Needham Investment Conference with WWE President Michelle Wilson even before being forced to fly in early.
