In a sign of positive change in the valley, youth who had joined militancy in Kashmir, has returned home following an appeal by his mother.
The unidentified boy returned to his loved ones on Friday.

“Another young boy responding to the appeals of crying mother returned to the fold of family leaving path of violence in the valley”, DGP S P Vaid said in a tweet.
