Looks like Carrie Bradshaw might have just been out-styled by none other than the fabulous Sarah Jessica Parker.
The Sex and the City alum walked the red carpet in Dolce & Gabbana at the New York City premiere for her new HBO show, Divorce, on Tuesday, and her rhinestone-encrusted purple number reinforced her status as a fashion icon.
The 51-year-old, who posed for photos with her husband Matthew Broderick, turned heads in the elegant Dolce & Gabbana lace dress which featured sparkling accents on the front. Fred Leighton jewels, bronze heels from the designer’s own SJP collection, and a sleek bun that completed her winning red carpet look.
Broderick wasn’t the only attendee to show his support—Sex and the City co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Mario Cantone, who played Miranda and Anthony, respectively, in the hit HBO series, were on hand to support their friend in her new endeavor.
