Pakistan is all set to unveil a life-sized bronze statue of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, the erstwhile ruler of Punjab in Lahore. The statue installed outside the Main Indian Haveli in Lahore Fort will be unveiled on the occasion of his 180th death anniversary.
The eight-feet tall statue, which depicts Ranjit Singh mounted on a horse was sponsored by the UK-based historian and Sikh Khalsa (SK) Foundation head Bobby Singh Bansal and took nearly 8 months to complete.
