A college in Karnataka has come under criticism after bizarre images of students sitting in exam halls with their heads inside cardboard boxes went viral.
According to reports, the incident took place at Bhagat Pre-University College of Haveri district in Karnataka earlier this week.
The college allegedly made the students were the cardboard boxes to stop them from cheating in the exam.

“We implemented this idea to curb malpractice and not to harass students. This is just an experiment. We discussed it with students and took their consent before implementing it,” MB Sateesh, a director of the college told The Times of India.
