The Victoria & Albert museum will be showcasing its next Fashion in Motion with London Fashion Week designer Roksanda Ilincic on November 21st. The show, which will be a series of catwalk presentations will display Ilincic’s intriguing combination of soft draping and strong structural details. These often play with scale by expanding the size of elements such as pleating, gathering and applied details. Ilincic is known for her feminine cocktail and occasion garments, made from luxurious fabrics and shot through with rich jewel-like colours.
Ilincic has always focused on showing her work in unusual settings with unique and personal presentations, echoing her individual aesthetic. Her Fashion in Motion presentation promises an exclusive and imaginative fashion experience in the museum’s striking Raphael Gallery.
