What’s cooler, Drake or Louis Vuitton?
While we sit here and try to determine the answer to that very pressing question, prepare to free your schedules for Thursday. The French fashion house has teamed up with the 30-year-old rapper to release a new song called “SIGNS” at its Paris Fashion Week spring-summer 2018 show.
“We are very proud to announce that Drake @champagnepapi will be premiering a brand new song inspired by our #louisvuitton #pfwSS18 collection,” Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Artistic Director Kim Jones shared on Instagram. “Hear it first at 2:30 p.m. Paris time tomorrow,” he added, providing a link to the brand’s site.
For those of us in the U.S., that’s 7 a.m. ET. So what can we expect it to sound like? Judging by the motif on the above post, we’re getting a super tropical sense. After all, Drake’s latest hits off More Life (think “Passionfruit” and even “Fake Love”) have an island-like, Caribbean twang to them.
