PSV winger Hirving Lozano thinks “it’s special” to be linked with a move to the Premier League.
Tottenham and Manchester United have both been credited with interest in the Mexico international, while Barcelona have also been linked.
His winning goal for Mexico in their unlikely victory over Germany at the World Cup announced Lozano on the international stage and grabbed the attention of clubs all over the world.
Lozano scored as PSV played Spurs in a 2-2 draw in Holland two weeks ago, before the return leg last night that Mauricio Pochettino’s men won 2-1.
“It’s nice English papers talk nicely about me,” he told talkSPORT’s Universe Premier.
“It’s special. Personally I say thanks for the nice words.
“I always try to improve and give something extra. I will keep on improving.
“I learn a lot from every manager. Every manager passes on something new.
“Mark van Bommel had a great career and you must learn from every manager.”
When asked about his favourite boyhood clubs, Lozano added: “I liked Manchester United a lot. In Spain my favourite team is Barcelona.”
