The Championship returns this weekend and gets underway with a huge clash between Leeds and Derby at Elland Road.
The Rams can move to within five points of league leaders Leeds with a victory tonight and head to West Yorkshire at potentially the perfect time.
That’s because Marcelo Bielsa’s side have lost three straight games including league defeats against Hull and Nottingham Forest.
Leeds need to bounce back this evening but will know Derby will want to consolidate their place in the play-off picture.
Leeds vs Derby teams confirmed

Leeds vs Derby – what the managers have said
Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa: “We need to win the game. We have no excuses whatsoever not to win against Derby County, we have the players that we need to reach the win with optimism.
“The problems that the team has are not an excuse not to try and win the game. We’ve lost our last two Championship games and we are playing against a team on the up.
“Derby play with a style and if we can win against them, with the style they use, it will be a very positive three points.”
Derby boss Frank Lampard: “It’s a really tough game and they are a team that have been the most outstanding team of the first half of the season, along with Norwich.
“They have lost a few games recently so they will be fairly wounded. It will be a tough match for us.
“We will have to go there absolutely at it across the pitch, try and bring our quality but more than that, we will have a fighting spirit, a passion and desire to do everything we can do to get a result there.”
