Former Brazil goalkeeper Dida expects Liverpool’s Alisson to become one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
The Reds spent £66.8million to bring Alisson to Anfield in the summer after Loris Karius dropped two clangers in the Champions League final against Real Madrid.
Alisson has impressed so far under Jurgen Klopp with his only huge mistake coming against Leicester when he couldn’t get the ball clear.
And Dida, who won the 2002 World Cup and two Champions League titles, has backed his compatriot to continue improving.

“I like Alisson very much – I think he is a great goalkeeper,” Dida told Omnisport.
“I had the opportunity of working with him at Internacional.
“I see his great development in football; going to Europe, playing for the Brazilian national team.
“I hope he can be what everyone expects of him, conquering many things here in Europe and establishing himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the world.”
