L’Équipe report that Toulouse have had a €3m offer rejected for PAOK attacker Efthymios Koulouris.
The 23-year-old scored 25 goals in 35 matches this season on loan with Atromitos.
It is unclear whether or not PAOK will be willing to consider a bigger offer.
