Contrary to reporting last week, the player has no desire to return to PSG, but the outlet claims that AC Milan, Inter Milan and Napoli have all positioned themselves to sign the 21-year-old.
The outlet also claims that there is German and English interest in the 21-year-old, but does not expand further.
Soumaré is looking for a destination that provides him with European football.
